Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep". It combines alert awareness with the deepest levels of relaxation - where you enter a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping that is extremely rejuvenating and healing.

 

Yoga Nidra differs from meditation where concentration on a single focus (such as the breath or a mantra) is required.

This is a safe and simple practice, suitable for anyone. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS/CUSHIONS AND BLANKETS!!
